This is a mobile ticket experience. Please present your booking confirmation or QR code on your phone at the Burj Khalifa “At The Top” entrance located on the Lower Ground Level of The Dubai Mall. For guests with transfer options, the driver will assist and confirm entry timing. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected time slot, as entry is strictly time-based.
For guests who select transfer options, pickup is available from Dubai hotels or residences. The exact pickup time will be confirmed 1 day before the visit via WhatsApp or email. Guests who select ticket-only options should make their own way to Burj Khalifa / The Dubai Mall and proceed to the “At The Top” entrance on the Lower Ground Level at their booked time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as entry is based on a scheduled time slot.
